The webinar series promoted by the Province of Bergamo continues as part of the THRIVE – Talent Harvest: alent Harvest: Rural Intangible Heritage and Value Empowerment project, focusing on the enhancement of intangible cultural heritage as a strategic resource for the sustainable development of local territories.
The second webinar will be dedicated to experiences that, while operating in different geographical and cultural contexts, share a common approach: placing local communities, traditional knowledge, and craftsmanship at the heart of social, economic, and cultural innovation. The case studies presented will demonstrate how skills transmission, networking, cultural entrepreneurship, and the conscious use of digital tools can help keep intangible heritage alive, accessible, and capable of generating new opportunities.
Tuesday, January 20th, 5:00 PM
The webinar will provide practical insights into participatory management models, spaces and initiatives that foster dialogue between tradition and contemporary practices, and approaches that strengthen the link between local identity and the international dimension. The event is aimed at public administrations, cultural institutions, associations, professionals, and citizens interested in exploring innovative strategies for the safeguarding and enhancement of intangible cultural heritage.
The webinar series has already generated strong interest: the first session welcomed over 30 participants from diverse nationalities and professional backgrounds, confirming the value of the international and interdisciplinary exchange promoted by the project.
